Shipping & Delivery Policy (Services):

1) To ensure that your order reaches you in our standard time (6 to 12 working days) and in good condition, we will ship through standard courier agencies like Delhivery, FedEx, Xpressbees, Gati, Dotzot, Ecom Express and many more.

Note: If we will ship through postal service then it may take more time.

Transport or bulk order takes 48 to 72 hrs to be dispatched.

2) If you are a new user then, our executive will contact you and confirm your order (For perfect delivery our executive will confirm you your exact delivery address and pin code). If your Pincode is not serviceable or we are not able to send the material then, you have to give us another address and pin code.

3) If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, click some pictures of the package and write instruction to courier boy (The package is tampered or damaged in courier so, I will not accept the order) and send us a mail at farmbuzz.india@gmail.com mentioning your order reference number and attached pictures or call our Customer Care. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

4) Delivery time mentioned on the product, cart page or website is estimated. Actual delivery time is based on the availability of a product, weather condition and address where the product is to be delivered and courier company's rules.

5) We try our best to get your product delivered, you have purchased the product from our platform to be delivered to you, we will try our best to deliver, our courier partner will try their best to deliver, but for some reason, if the product may not be delivered or it is late, and due to that if any loss occurs to you note that FarmBuzz is not responsible.

Note: If your address is ODA location then, you have to self collect the parcel from the courier office. We will provide a courier office address and number. Also, our customer care executive will keep in touch with you.

Cancellation Policy

If a customer changes their mind and wants to cancel the order, then they have to contact our Customer Care executive. The cancellation will not be valid until it is confirmed by our respective department.

Cancellation requests will be considered only if the product is not dispatched. Once the order is shipped, customer cannot cancel the order.

If the customer has placed an order through Online Payment and cancels the order, then we will process for a refund within 7 working days.

NOTE: If you have done an online payment and you are cancelling the order, the payment gateway charge of 3% will be deducted from your refund amount (Before Shipped). If you have ordered and the product is in transit (shipped) we will charge 3% and courier charge (Forward + Return ) from you.

Refund Policy:

A refund will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing an order. (If the product is damaged, Duplicate or quantity varies).

The return will be processed only if:

1) It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession

2) The product is not different from what was shipped to you

3) The product is returned in its original condition

4) Customer must take an unboxing video.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

NOTE: If you have done an online payment and you are canceling the order, the payment gateway charge 3% and courier charge (Forward + Return ) will be deducted from your refund amount. If you have ordered and product is in transit (shipped) we will charge 3% and courier charge (Forward + Return ) from you.

Its your responsibility to take out print of the manifest that FarmBuzz provides, while returning the product.

To request a refund, simply mail us on farmbuzz.india@gmail.com with your purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email/message after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed after customer support team validate and analyze issue, but it will only show in your bank account only when the product comes back to hub. Once the refund is processed we will intimate you through EMAIL and SMS with the refund transaction details.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The refund is only possible if the product is unused, undamaged, and is with the original packaging and with the receipt and the invoice. Only when the product will reach premises we will refund you your amount as decided.

NOTE : For a refund, the name of the customer must be the same as registered(FarmBuzz) account name and bank account name, Customer must send a cheque photo or passbook photo for a refund with Adhaar Card or PAN card.

The seeds germination depends on the soil, atmosphere, fertilizers, watering etc. FarmBuzz never claims about seeds germination and harvesting and so refund is not possible in seeds.

No Warranty on Live Plants as Growing, flowering and fruiting are subject to So many climatic condition like Air, Kind of soil, water, humidity and temperature beyond our control.

Seller (Manufacturer) Terms and Conditions

1. The REGISTRATION and LISTING of your products are completely free for manufacturer and seller.

2. The ONLINE MARKETING of your company and products are also free for the manufacturer and seller.

3. It is compulsory to DISPATCH any order within 48 working hours from the time of placement of the order.

4. A seller will have to dispatch through FarmBuzz DELIVERY MODE.

5. Seller will issue bills including GST on the buyer name. The seller must know all legal frameworks before dispatching products to clients.

6. If a seller fails to dispatch the order within 48 working hours from the date of placement of an order, and it happens consecutive 3 times the account will be deactivated.

7. The PAYMENT CYCLE will be after the product is delivered to the client (When product dispatched, provide one copy of the invoice to a customer of sell value with the parcel and another copy to us)and it will be directly transferred to the Bank account provided by the seller at the time of registration.

8. The seller will be solely responsible for LISTING OF THE PRODUCTS and the QUALITY OF THE IMAGES. If any seller wants any kind of assistance then it is available from 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM.

9. A seller is bound to accept a RETURN of any of its orders within 7 days from receiving of product to the client. Courier charges will bear by FarmBuzz.

10. If there is any DAMAGE in the transit in delivering the product to the customers or in return the damage will be only bear by FarmBuzz when the seller opts for FarmBuzz Delivery mode. Product packing must be very strong and perfect, If the product is damaged by a lack of better packaging seller will be responsible for refund and charges.

11. The quantity and product should not differ from the orders.

12. If any seller is found to open any DUPLICATE SELLER ACCOUNT than all of his account will be deactivated and he will be banned forever from his selling privileges and all his payments will be settled after 90 days from the day of deactivation.

13. If any product which has a moving part or product which cannot be checked without the use and if that product returned by the client due to fault in the product then the seller has to accept that product.

14. If a product is not dispatched within 48 hours, a 10% penalty will be charged on that order value.

15. Seller should keep us updated about stock, if any seller fails to update us and if the customer place the order (out of stock product) there will be a 10% penalty.
